Cleaning Electronics
Correct cleaning of electronic components and equipment within the production process is a pre-requisite for long-term performance and quality. During the production of electronic components various contaminants can be produced such as
- Greases
- Oil
- Silicones
- Hydrocarbons
- Flux residues
- Uncured surface mount adhesives
If not removed prior to assembly these contaminants will interfere with the correct application of adhesives, coatings and encapsulants.
