PV Module Frame Sealing
Solar panel and PV Modules require the use if high quality siliocne sealants to provide protection from water ingress. ACC have a range of silicone adhesive sealants. The PV5700 series adhesives have excellent adhesion to most substrates used in the manufacture of PV modules and will remain flexible over a wide rane of temperatures . These room temperature curing materials can be supplied in a standard 310ml cartridge or bulk containers for use with automated dispensing systems.
ACC also have AS2700, a new 10:1, 2-part adhesive which will cure at room temperature in less than 1 hr. It will be suffuciently cured after a few minutes to allow the module to be moved which presents potential savings due to increased production levels.
