1-Part Heat Cured Adhesives
Two New Adhesives
AS1404 and AS1405 are Heat Cured 1- part Adhesives which provide excellent adhesion to many substrates. They require cure temperatures of 100°C for 20mins to produce the adhesive qualities. These fast cure times can be used to improve productivity.
Using platinum catalysts they will cure in deep section and do not produce any corrosive by-products making them suitable for use in electronics. AS1405 is Thermally Conductive with a very high value of 3.89 W/mK. Suuplied in 310ml cartridge suitable for automated dispencing
