If I run out of moulding rubber can I simply buy/mix up more and pour it on top of the existing mould?
This is fine for condensation cure types (tin catalyst) but if using addition cure types (platinum cure) then you should phone our technical department or see if any of our staff are currently online to help you. In all cases the surface of the mould should be free from dust and grease, a protective sheet may be placed over (but not touching) the mould to prevent detritis settling on the unfinished surface.
