Silane for crosslinking and adhesion promoters
Silanes are organofunctional additives used as crosslinkers for Coatings, Adhesives and Sealants. Silane is also suitable for use as primers and adheion promoters. They are bi-functional in that they have both organic and inorganic functional reactivity, centred on a silicon atom. They become reactive when exposed to atmospheric moisture or with the addition of water.
